Youth Voice Council
Norwich City Community Sports Foundation are implementing a new Youth Voice Council to give young people an active role in the development and delivery of community initiatives.
Council members will support a specific area of the Foundation and will provide insight, feedback, and ideas to ensure programmes and facilities Across Norwich City FC, The Community Sports Foundation and The Nest are relevant and engaging for their peers.
The Youth Council will provide young people a great opportunity to develop important skills including leadership, communication, confidence plus many more and provide valuable new experiences
The main objectives of the Youth Voice Council are to:
- Provide insights and perspectives from young people
- Enhance the Foundation’s programmes, marketing and facilities to make them more appealing to young people
- Be actively engaged and involved in decision-making processes
- Help shape our youth strategy and future funding bids
- Develop young people’s valuable skills for personal growth and future opportunities
- Help to evaluate the effectiveness of our programmes and our customers
The Council is open to 12-18-year-olds to apply.

Applications are now open and will close on Monday 31st March with informal interviews with applicants and parents/carers taking place over the Easter holidays (7th-17th April).
