Squad Goals Challenge | Norwich City Community Sports Foundation

Choose your player and choose your goal!

Norwich City and the Community Sports Foundation are setting fans of all ages a fundraising challenge themed around first team squad numbers.

The #SquadGoalsChallenge aims to raise valuable funds to support the Foundation’s work in the community for people with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds.

Plus, if you raise enough for the Foundation, you’ll get some great Norwich City prizes as a thank you!

Step One

Step One

It’s simple; pick a player and use that player’s squad number to set the goals for your fundraising challenge.

Some #SquadGoalsChallenge ideas could be:

  • Tim Krul (#1) – complete 1 mile on a scooter every day for 1 week
  • Grant Hanley (#5) – run 5 miles a day for 5 days
  • Emi Buendia (#17) – dance for 17 minutes for 17 days
  • Oliver Skipp (#20) – skip for 20 minutes a day for 20 days
  • Adam Idah (#35) – go 35 days without shaving!

The possibilities are endless, and we’re excited to see your creativity.

Why your support matters

Each year, Norwich City Community Sports Foundation aims to raise around £250,000 from events to support its programmes for people with disabilities or from disadvantaged backgrounds.

For example, by raising around £150, you could help to subsidise a year of sessions for a member of the Foundation’s pan-disability football sessions.

With uncertainty remaining over the ability to hold fundraising events later in the year, initiatives like the Squad Goals Challenge are crucial to sustaining the Foundation’s work.
