A disability should not stop you fulfilling your potential; you just need the right environment

Get active and develop personal skills with our Realising Potential programme, based at both The Nest and Carrow Park in Norwich and King’s Lynn.

Aimed at children and adults with either physical or learning disabilities, the programme includes:

The programme lasts 10-weeks/12-weeks with one session per week.

It is free of charge thanks to support from Norfolk Hire, the Professional Footballers’ Association and NCS.

Fun holiday camps for both our Juniors and Seniors take place every school holiday at The Nest in Norwich.

The camps are completely free, with activities usually including multi-sports, games and arts & crafts

Ambassador Scheme

Ambassador Scheme

The Realising Potential Ambassador Scheme is a strand of the programme, specifically aimed at 16–25-year-olds. Through weekly workshops, our participants will:

  • Gain valuable life and independent living skills
  • Become work ready
  • Meet people and make new friends
  • Get involved in volunteering and social action projects
