City centre-back surprises kids at Carrow Park

Youngsters at CSF’s Mini Kickers session got a surprise at Carrow Park last week as Norwich City defender Christoph Zimmermann stopped by.

The group were delighted to meet the centre-back, who made his Championship debut this season.

Following a set of matches, he spent the afternoon joining in with football games, answering questions and signing autographs for the participants.

Mini Kickers runs throughout term-time and provides a mix of coaching, skill tests and mini matches for 4 to 7-year-olds.

The course aims to develop a child’s footballing ability, balance, coordination and social skills while getting their first taste of structured football.
