The Community Sports Foundation is proud to announce that WSG Energy Services has come on board as the official sponsor of the Foundation’s Realising Potential programme for the next year. 

Realising Potential is designed to support people with disabilities in gaining vital employability skills, enhancing their confidence, and unlocking new opportunities both personally and in the workplace. Through tailored workshops, mentoring, and hands-on experience, the programme helps participants achieve personal and professional growth. 

WSG Energy Services, a leader in emissions reduction and sustainability solutions, has been actively seeking a partnership that aligns with their values of inclusivity and opportunity. 

Sponsoring Realising Potential demonstrates their commitment to promoting employability for individuals with disabilities. 

Commenting on the new partnership, whilst visiting the programme, Steve Jones, WSG European Regional Director said:

Realising Potential is about helping individuals gain the skills and confidence they need to seize those opportunities, and we’re incredibly proud to play a role in that journey.  We are excited to support the Community Sports Foundation in empowering people with disabilities, providing them with the tools they need to succeed in the workplace and beyond.” 

The sponsorship will enable the Foundation to expand the programme’s reach and offer additional resources for participants. This collaboration will play a critical role in enhancing the employability of individuals with disabilities, an area of focus that both WSG and the Community Sports Foundation are passionate about.

WSG’s support will strengthen these efforts and ensure that the programme continues to grow, providing opportunities for even more individuals over the coming year.
