Our free workshop for grassroots coaches returns on 27th Feb

The second instalment of our FC Live: Sunday Series returns to The Nest on Sunday 27th February, with the focus turning to ‘defence’.

The free workshop – “Developing the Modern Day Defender” – will be led by legendary Canaries left-back and current Foundation Football & Education Programme Manager Adam Drury.

Using live demonstrations on The Nest’s Norfolk Hire Arena, Adam and his team will provide examples of training drills designed to develop key defending attributes such as pressing, covering and intercepting,  that coaches can take back to their own teams.

All guests will also receive access to a free digital resource.
