Can I run with a group of friends?
Yes, please make sure you all enter the same start wave.
Is there an age limit?
The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 and above. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (3:1 child:adult ratio).
Can I do the inflatable 5k alone?
Yes, participants can run as individuals. There is plenty of people on the course to help if needed.
Can I fundraise offline?
Yes. See our offline fundraising form here. We will communicate how to send the money after the event.
Is the run a race?
The Inflatable 5k is not a race. This is all about having fun & taking part with friends & family.
Can I bring friends and family to watch?
Yes, but why not encourage them to enter and give it a go?! Please do also share a car if possible as parking may be limited at the venue. If they come in a separate car, parking charges may apply.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
Sorry, dogs are not allowed at Inflatable events. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
Can I wear a Gopro?
You are able to wear an action camera yes. It is your own responsibility to keep this safe and undamaged.
What should I wear?
Want to get dressed up for the run? Go for it! We would recommend light running clothing, including a long sleeved top and good running shoes. A rain jacket is also a good idea if we have wet conditions on the day. This is not mandatory, only an advisory.
Is there parking available?
Parking is charged at £5 per car, please have change ready for our parking marshals.
Can I miss an obstacle out?
Yes, if you don’t feel like doing a particular obstacle, please check with our marshal on each obstacle beforehand.
Can I leave my bag somewhere while I take part?
Yes, there will be a bag drop at the event centre which costs £3 per bag. All bags will be searched by a member of the UK Running Events team for event safety and security. They kindly ask to please keep bags to a gym duffle size or smaller. Larger items won’t be permitted.
Is there a time limit for completing the course?
You are able to run or walk at your own pace! However, the last start time for 10k & 15k runners is 11.30am.
