The Inflatable 5k Obstacle Course is coming to Norwich on Saturday 11th October 2025 and it’s going to be epic! The obstacles are bigger, bouncier and better than ever before.Looking for a FUNdraising challenge?! Secure a discounted entry with the Foundation and you’ll be jumping, sliding and laughing all the way to the finish line.Grab your friends, family or tackle it on your own. Taking on Inflatable with the Foundation will help to support our vital work in the community.

Make a difference

Inflatable have added three additional brand new obstacles to their course in 2025, meaning you will tackle 30 gigantic obstacles on the 5K distance.

Combined with five pumping music zones to motivate you around the course, this year’s Inflatable 5K is the most epic yet!

5k not for you? There is a choice of distances to tackle:

2.5k – 15 obstacles
5k – 30 obstacles
10k – 60 obstacles
15k – 90 obstacles

Please note, the course is 2.5k long and each lap will be a repeat of the obstacles.

Entering via the Community Sports Foundation offers you a discounted rate as follows:

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I run with a group of friends?

Yes, please make sure you all enter the same start wave.

Is there an age limit?

The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5 and above. Children must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (3:1 child:adult ratio).

Can I do the inflatable 5k alone?
Yes, participants can run as individuals. There is plenty of people on the course to help if needed.

Can I fundraise offline?
Yes. See our offline fundraising form here. We will communicate how to send the money after the event.

Is the run a race?

The Inflatable 5k is not a race. This is all about having fun & taking part with friends & family.

Can I bring friends and family to watch?

Yes, but why not encourage them to enter and give it a go?! Please do also share a car if possible as parking may be limited at the venue. If they come in a separate car, parking charges may apply.

Are dogs allowed at the event?

Sorry, dogs are not allowed at Inflatable events. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.

Can I wear a Gopro?

You are able to wear an action camera yes. It is your own responsibility to keep this safe and undamaged.

What should I wear?

Want to get dressed up for the run? Go for it! We would recommend light running clothing, including a long sleeved top and good running shoes. A rain jacket is also a good idea if we have wet conditions on the day. This is not mandatory, only an advisory.

Is there parking available?

Parking is charged at £5 per car, please have change ready for our parking marshals.

Can I miss an obstacle out?

Yes, if you don’t feel like doing a particular obstacle, please check with our marshal on each obstacle beforehand.

Can I leave my bag somewhere while I take part?

Yes, there will be a bag drop at the event centre which costs £3 per bag. All bags will be searched by a member of the UK Running Events team for event safety and security. They kindly ask to please keep bags to a gym duffle size or smaller. Larger items won’t be permitted.

Is there a time limit for completing the course?

You are able to run or walk at your own pace! However, the last start time for 10k & 15k runners is 11.30am.
