New rehabilitation programme for people with cancer in Norfolk
Kick Cancer is a free 10 week activity based programme which helps individuals who are living with or recovering from cancer enjoy the benefits of physical activity at Norwich City Football Club.
The programme includes a one-hour physical activity session followed by a social hour with group discussions, guest appearances and excursions.
Activities include, yoga, gym, swimming, walking sports & more.
The sessions take place every Friday between 4pm-6pm (starting from Friday 5th May) at Carrow Park, Norwich City Football Club.
Kick Cancer is delivered by the Community Sports Foundation, supported by the Big C and Riverside Leisure Centre.
